Honestly no complaint. Perfect base for staying in the middle of London. The most important - great location in the heart of the city. Beautiful quadruple room with a/c.

The staff here were really friendly and helped keep my room clean, and the beds were super comfortable with lots of great amenities like a microwave and tea/coffee making facilities.

the hotel was a decent place for enjoying a perfect area, very close to a pub so late and early morning noise, many museums and covent garden. kind staff, suggested places to visit.

TBH, the room was very small, we expected better.

The location of 15 New Row was fantastic. It was within walking distance to many museums and activities, making it easy to explore the city. The room size was decent and not cramped at all. Having a fridge, microwave, kettle, and a few dishes available in the room was convenient, especially with a Tesco just across the street. The area was lively in the evenings but quiet after 11pm, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The overall experience met my expectations based on the reviews I had read.

Location, location, location! The jaw-dropping location was just perfect, with museums and activities within easy walking distance. The sweet staff made our stay super enjoyable. The great shower, handy microwave, and fridge were added bonuses. Plus, there's a Tesco right across the street! Definitely recommend for backpackers. Be prepared for narrow and steep stairs, but otherwise, it was a mind-blowing experience.

Bright rooms complete with a/c, very good and kind staff. A microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and a fridge are a nice touch.

The friendly reception staff made me feel welcome right away. The location was fantastic, with plenty of dining options nearby. I loved that there was no street noise to disturb my sleep, and the air conditioner worked perfectly during the hot summer days. The room was always clean, with fresh towels and daily room service. It was spacious enough for my family of four, and the beds were very comfortable. I appreciated the convenience of having a private bathroom, as well as amenities like a fridge, microwave, and kettle.

The area was bustling in the evenings but quiet after 11pm. the property met our expectations based on the reviews.

There were a few issues that took away from our experience. the bathroom was extremely small, making it difficult to maneuver.
